I have a report, landscape style, that lists information about my discs,
including content, consisting of SW and docs as subreports. Main report has
report and page headers and is grouped by disc serial #. SW and doc content
lists are in detail. The problem is when I export the report to RTF, Word,
or Text, if there are a lot of docs, enough to run over a few pages, the
export is messed up as such: the first page the disc listing is fine, then
the next page has the serial group header and doc content info run into each
other, then on subseuqnt pages there are extra pages inserted, page breaks
are off and the doc content lists fine but is shown OVER the main doc header
info, which is below it on the page separated by a huge space. This is very
frustrating as I have to spend time fixing the report every time it happens.
If you can make sense of this, please help!! I can provide an example of the
report as it should look (output to PDF, which works fine) and a cop of the
mangled one. I am using access 2000 and 2003
