Rt-click only saves web pics as .bmp

I used to be able to right click and save an image in the
format as it is on the website. Now, if I right click on
an image to save it, the only options is to save it as
a .bmp file. As a work around, I can email it to myself
and get the image in its original format.

What is wrong and how can I fix this annoying problem?

Delete Temporary Internet Files.
