RT click on install active X ONLY pops up properties pop-up

Clicking on install does nothing Even after changing the internet / security
settings.
Would greatly appreciate hep

Hi,
can you please post your request in a whole question?
 
While trying to install Outlook 2003 on my Windows XP laptop I am prompted to
open a link on "the microsoft box below." It says to right click, that opens
the regular popup box to copy/ save picture as / properties, etc. If I right
click nothing happens. Some how I saw a suggestion to go to Internet
Settings and add MS Office as a "tursted site." Still nothing.

Where in the install process does this happen?
where did you get outlook from?
