I wish I could rt click on an email address and add that person to my
business contacts, then BCM would ask if I wanted to create an
account/opportunity for that contact, then ask me if I wanted to create any
rules or alerts for that contact. Don't get me wrong I think BCM is great,
but it could be much, much, better.
