RT Agents Enabled or Disabled?

WHen I go to look in on any one of the agents that are
running, I get told that the agents are in-active.
Activating them does nothing. But when I am in the RT
Summary page, I am told that all agents are currently
running, both next to the agents descriptions and when I
mouse-over them. Now, again, when I look ino on the
agent category pages, I can see no agents listed in the
middle pane. So... are the ganets running or not
running? ARe there any agents to run? This is so
confusing. I unsinstalled and reinstalled, and it didn't
help. If someone could help me clarify this, that would
be great.

Amen. I'm having the same problem. In my case, after I
go into the RT protection and looking at each of the 3
agents, when I go back to the Summary, it says 2 of 3
agents are active - then I can't get the 3rd one turned
back on - I could only get all three running by
uninstalling and re-installing - so now I stay clear of
the RT protection section so that I don't de-activate an
agent. I agree that this is confusing and full of bugs
and leaves you with serious doubt if the RT protection is
running or not.
