Google suggests that there hasn't been much said here, recently about
RSS clients, and the Pricelessware site doesn't seem to list one.

Can anyone recommend an RSS client for use under Win2K, please?

I was also very disappointed when I found Pricelessware does not have a
RSS category. Without pricelessware I was forced to go on a long search
for what I thought was the best reader. In my search I tried many
clients including BottomFeeder, SharpReader, Awasu, BlogExpress,
HoverNews, FeedReader, and SauceReader. After weighing my options I
choose SharpReader for many reasons including support for atom feeds, a
clean, virtual folders, and has a menu that will the headlines without
needing open my reader window. My only complaint about the program so
far is the window style. It's a little boring, and I would really
appreciate a skinning option.

SharpReader can be found at

I also tried many, left out this, tried now and wow, it is really
great. I don't agree with skinning, I prefer a minimalisatic client
I can leave in background, so I like it the way it is.

I get exceptions far too often, but they don't stop the program
from work, so I hope for future versions and can use it until.
It works even with a not totally valid feed (and rejects another,
but that's why it's invalid*).

Regards,
Thorsten
