Hey guys, wondering if anyone's seen this happen. My machine stutters with
cpu pegged b/c of dllhost.exe taking up all of my resources. This results
in intermittent and high ping responses and total lack of RRAS usage by my
internal users. I know it's rras b/c when I stop the service I get
(nonstuttering) control of my mouse again. I know I can't reinstall rras
so I'm contemplating loading sp4 or refreshing sp3. It seems to be picky
which network adapter comes up first.. is there some way I can set the
metric straight manually?

thanks,
chris
