Is it possible that the
remote access server gives an IP range to the remote
access clients from another subnet than the server itself
is located in?
My problem is where to place the server running RRAS in my
network. The clients need to access the same information
from home that they access at work. Therefore; the
alternatives are: to place the remote access server in the
DMZ as close to the Internet as possible, or to place the
server in the subnet where the services the clients wants
to access is located. There will be firewalls in front
ragardless of which alternative.
thanks.
