detail about setting up input and output filter in RRAS,
I have been trying to block remote machines to ping my
server, for some reason it does not seem to work.
this is what I do,

Configured a Input filter on the interface where I want to
block ping
I basically followed the steps in this link
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;181347

Selected - Recieve all packets except those that meet the
criteria
source - any
dest- any
protocol- ICMP
icmp type - 8

pinged the machine still can ping.Is there anything I am
doing wrong here.

How about the Built-In help?

Google: [ rras "input filter" | "input filters" "output filter" | "output
filters" site:microsoft.com ]

Finds stuff like this...

What specifically is giving you trouble?
