I have a Win 2000 server that's running as a DC. It has
DNS, DHCP, Routing and Remote Access Server, and ISA
Server, running in it. It was running great untill a few
days ago when it froze completely. After several restarts
I noticed that the freezing was hapening right after RRAS
server was starting. The Event Viewer only gives me an
Event 20106:
"Unable to add the interface Internal with the Router
Manager for the IP protocol. The following error occurred:
The parameter is incorrect."

....but several tech papers are saying to ignore this.

I have searched virtualy every place and I can't find a
solution. PLEASE HELP!!!

Please check whether your RRAS service is configured correctly.

To check this,
(1) Open RRAS configuration snap-in (also called as MMC). [ (or) from
command-line, type 'rrasmgmt.msc']
(2) Right click on the RRAS Server name (machine name) and click on
Properties
(3) In the 'General' tab under properties:
(i) See whether check box for 'Remote Access Server' is selected
(ii) If Router is enabled, see whether router is configured for both
'Lan and Demand dial routing'.

Thanks
Srivats.
