RRAS config with proxy

All,

Have had this issue for the last few days. Have Windows 2003 SBS server
setup with 1 nic, i am using an adsl modem as the hub and ISP connection.

I have setup RRAS and pretty much everything works as i can browse the web
with mozilla using a proxy, but heres the catch.

If i use a 3rd party web browser such as mozilla i can specify the proxy and
all works fine, when i use IE it doesn't even look at the proxy settings so
nothing works.

I know it is IE because its not looking for the proxy, if i allow http out
directly though the pix hardware firewall IE starts to work.

Any idea's?
