RRAS config & filtering

I would like to set up RRAS on a windows 2000/2003 box
the reason for this is to join two networks together but
to only allow particular ports and protocols through - is
that possible with the RRAS feature or will i need some
sort of firewall to filter the ports/protocols and
possibly IP address.
We have a 1603 cisco router which only has 1 ethernet
port which i was hoping to use but as it only has 1
ethernet port cant use it between the networks.
