This means if a client wants to have his own IP address and he has set it in
the network properties of the dail-up/VPN connectoid, then the RRAS server
will allow to have the client his own desired address.
All other clients will be given IP addresses by the RRAS server.
Otherwise you can set an IP Address for each of your users by opening the
user account, dial-in tab and assign static IP address.

Does anyone know what the impacts of changing the policy profiles (IP Tab)
to "Client May Request IP" may be? I'm trying to assign a static ip to a
vpn user, but I'm not running in native mode, so I can't assign it via an
account. I saw this solution, but I'm not sure what the impacts are.
