RRAS and dialup/internet access.

I have a customer that is using a Windows 2000 RRAS system
to dail into the network from home. He is able to connect
to the server and get all the drive maps and everything
ok. What he can't get is internet access. I was able to
get the internet to work on his system breifly by placing
a new DNS (real number) in his connection setup. It
worked only for about 15 min then quit again.

How do I get this function to work again. It was working
for almost a year until for some reason it quit. Not sure
what has changed since then.

I am looking at Removing RRAS and reinstalling the
service. Just don't want to kill the current service
trying to get the internet to work.

Any help would be great!
