I am trying reinstall a printer on a WindowsXP machine.
The computer will not let me reinstall. I get an error
message "Failed to load c:\program files\compaq IJ650
Inkjet Printer\setup\pdpinst.dll"and "Failed to load
c:\program files\compaq IJ650 Inkjet
Printer\setup\inst32.dll". Any ideas what I need to
different. Thanks

I had problems with loading a games program in and I
went to the trouble shooter and also a problem shoter
poped up & told me to go to msconfig then when system
configs came up to select select start up for a basic
start up ... reboot and then install the software.... it
will be a very simple start up all very basic .... after
the installation is complete then you are to go back to
msconfig... then go back to normal startup shut down and
reboot.... try anything once twice if it works///
