i just received this computer from a friend and when i
try to set and go to the internet i continue to get a
message: "windows must restart because rpc service
terminated unexpectedly"
how can i stop this from continuing, it even occured when
i was not doing anything and

This newsgroup belongs to Microsoft Access.

Your problem: you have got a virus on your computer. I do not remember
the name of the virus which causes the OS to restart, but you can
simply use a anti virus program to fix him.
