Hi,
wenn I connect my computer to a network, it was automatically shutdown
because Remote Procedure Call (RPC) was finished unexpectedly, according
to the error message. If I do not connect the computer to the network,
such problem does not occur. So I cannot use the network. What is the
reason?
I use Windows XP (Version 5.1, Build 2600.xpclnt_qfe.010827-1803)
Many thanks in advance!

This sounds like the "Blaster worm" virus. do a scan on your computer
for viruses, and run MS Update to remove the vulnerability that allows
the virus to affect you.

You are right. After I've installed an antivirus program, this problem
does not occur any more. Thank you!
