RPC Terminated Unexpectedly

I was using normally my computer with Windows XP Home
Edition and a message "RPC terminated unexpectedly. Your
system will restart in 60 seconds" appeared.

I couldn't close the window and the PC booted
automatically. It is happening frequently now.

What the hell is happening with my PC? What should I Do?

I have a Pentium 1.7 Ghz, 512 MB of RAM and video
Onboard.
