RPC teminated

When ever I try to get online using my computer at home.
It's pops up a msg after a while(about several mins)saying
Remote Procedure Call(RPC) has been terminated by NT. and
the system restart in 60 sec count down. but I'm using XP.
I browsed the whole microsoft support center and could not
find a answer. who even knows what is going on, please
shoot me a email.
