One of my supprt techs, offsite, had contracted a virus
that affects the svchost.exe. She contacted her ISP and
they told her to disable the RPC service, which she did.
Now she has no access to printers, network resources,
etc. And when you go into services, it isnt an option to
re-enable the RPC service. Is there a way to fix this
without a re-install of the operating system?
