RPC/blaster worm etc

does anybody know how to get rid of this from safe mode
command prompt???
My PC just freezes up so I cant use any of the solutions
given here. I did manage to run the Blaster removal
programme supplied, but it told me I didnt have the
blaster worm!!! Not much use then !
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have the blast.exe virus

GO TO www.symantec.com and it will tell you how to remove it.
