I have Roxio Easymedia creator 7.5 installed on my Dell Windows XP machine
the programs works when I am logged in as administrator in safe mode when I
sign in with my user account in normal boot up it doesn't work. Roxio says
it's a dell or windows problem, and dell says it's a roxio problem.
I've tried to change my permissions but that didn't work. my account is an
administrator account. any Ideas?

You will find more people who are able to address this problem on
microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support.

It looks to me like a windows problem.

I would try uninstalling it in the safe mode, reboot and sign in as the user
and re install. When you install be sure to choose custom so you can see if
there is an option to install for your use or for everyone to use.
