Roxio ver 6.0 burner

I hope someone can help I have used my burner many times and have
uninstalled/installed many times without anyproblems, now I am trying to
install but I keep getting cannot find dynamic link library set up api.dll
message. Anyone know what this means and how do I go about fixing it? Thanks
