MS Access 2000 - Is it possible to have a report list items in rows instead
of columns? I need to have the field names listed in a column with the data
listed across in a row. Thanks

You could also try making a crosstab query, but that may fail depending on
the number of records because of Access Limitations on number of
fields/columns.

Check out the MS Access help on Crosstab queries.

You can possibly do this with a multi-column report. If you need labels on
the left, see the KB article "How to Print Labels on the Left Margin of a
Report"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;210044&Product=acc.
