J Jerry Whittle Feb 12, 2010 #2 What does the data look like? What columns do you want to move it to? If it's all a jumble, easy ain't happening. If it's clearly defined, such as fixed width or delimited with something like commas, then it might be do-able?

K KARL DEWEY Feb 12, 2010 #3 If this is an Excel question then copy, select EDIT, Paste Special, and click the box that says Transpose. If an Access problem then maybe a crosstab query will do it.
