Rows are not showing - appear after file is saved!

I have an issue with a workbook in which several rows are missing and do not
display. When the user saves the workbook and scrolls down the rows are
there. Filtering is not applied to the wkbk nor are rows hidden.

It is happening on more than one PC so I believe this issue is with the file
and not the application itself.

Has anyone ever experienced this?
 
To clarify the entire worksheet within this workbook is not blank. There are
several rows there that display data. Others can't be viewed until the users
saves.
 
Why don't you copy the contents of the sheet to a new sheet. Maybe the sheet
is corrupt.
The sheet may also contain a macro which causes rows to be unhide when
saved, but you would probably be warned when opening the file
