What use of "Row Difference" & "Column Differences" command mentioned in
GO TO Menu.

From XL Help:
Row differences All cells whose contents are different from the
comparison cell in each row. For each row, the comparison cell is
in the same column as the active cell.

so it's a quick way to, when your data is mostly uniform (e.g., like a
budget line where most periods have the same amount), to find the values
that are different.
