Routing with a server

Here's my configuration:

I have a server (windows 2003 ent. server) with 2 Nics in it:
Linksys Wireless and a Realtek 8139

the wireless connects to the wireless router and then connects to the
ActionTec modem/gateway

the Realtek 8139 connects to computers that I work on, on my workbench

My server gets on the internet just great.

I would like to be able to provide DHCP services (or even static, doesn't
matter) to the 8139 interface and allow the computers that physically
connect into it on the internet. I guess that's done by RRAS which bring me
to this newsgroup. Can someone help me to understand how I route between
the wireless and the 8139 to allow this to happen? Thanks in advance.
