Hi guys,
If I have routing and remote acces installed on a system providing vpn
services can I still install ISA on that computer 2 manage users access to
the internet. Or if you all have any suggestions on how to accomplish this
feel free to share your knowledge.

You probably could, but it would be messy. Much better to kill the RRAS
setup, install ISA and set up both functions in ISA, in my opinion.
