Routing Question

I want to have seperate LAN from company network. I want
hosts in my LAN to browse Internet using my company
network. What do you guys think if I make Windows 2000
acting as Router with 2 nics. On one nic have Internal IP
address where my host in the LAN is and on 1 nic have
company ip addres and enable ICS Will this do the job?

Yes. But note that you won't have the luxury of specifying your own address
pool. If you have any such requirements, you can look at NAT with the
company lan interface to be the public interface. For more information refer
