Having problems configuring a Win2000 server SP4 as a
router. I have enabled Routing and RAS and selected
Network Router in the wizard. Also selected IP for the
protocol. Enabled IP Forwarding in the Registry. Server
has two NICs and I would like to talk (send IP print jobs)
from Network A to Network B.

NIC-A 10.10.10.10 255.255.255.0
NIC-B 192.168.251.202 255.255.255.0

From Network A, I can ping the 10.10.10.10 and
192.168.251.202 NICs on the server but I cannot ping hosts
on the 192.168.251.0 subnet. From the server I can ping
hosts in each subnet. All IPs are statically assigned.
What else do I need to configure? The server seems to
have both networks in it's route table. Would appreciate
help- I need to get this running ASAP...

Where are the clients pointing for their default gateway? The Network A
clients should point to 10.10.10.10 and the Network B clients should point
to 192.168.251.202.

Clients on Network A are pointing to 10.10.10.10 but
Network B has a UNIX server and Printer with a different
default gateway then 192.168.251.202 because this network
will be part of a customers network. If we can't change
their configuration, I suppose it will not work. Will
have to speak with our customer. Thank you.

You should request that they add a route on thier router (whatever their
clients use for a default gateway) to direct traffic for the 10.10.10.x
network to your router at 192.168.251.202. This way their clients don't need
to change their default gateway.
