As you might of quessed (by my prevous post) I'm new to news groups. I'm
also a new user of Windows Server 2003, Enterprize Edition Evaluation
Copy( obtianed in the MCSA/MCSE Win Ser 2K3 Training Kit ). I have a home
network that contains two computers and a DSL modem. My problem is that I'v
set up RRAS lan routing but I had to disable ICF and doing so has left my
computer open for attack. How (if posible) can I enable Both? I have
noticed that in the RRAS console under [server name(local) | IP Routing |
Genral | there is a column named "basic Firewall" but have yet to figure out
how to Enable it. Any help would by greatly apretiated.

Any reply can be made here or to:
(e-mail address removed) Replace Bogus duh with Hotmail com

Thanks again,
Phil

In the NAT /Basic Firwall container, right-click your internet connection and
press Properties.

On the NAT / Basic Firewall tab, enable NAT and the Basic Firwall on this
interface.

Select the Services and Ports tab.

The dialog should look familar to you.
