can i use an echolife hg520b router to connect with a cable to my pc la
and also use it to send wifi to a laptop at the same time or is it on
or the other

Yes, of course. You can connect up to 4 network devices (e.g.,
computers) by Ethernet cable and a large number of devices by wireless,
all at the same time.
