Hello friends,
I am not sure whether this is the correct group or not for this questions.
But i hope i can get the answer here.
I have win2000 server to which router is connected. I have static IP
address. And i hv one website running in another system(win 2000 server) in
our network.
I configured the router to set the FORWARDERS to that ipplication.
Port: 80 to 80
TCP: enabled
IP Address: ip address of that system.
And i have another website running in the current system(old one is ASP
site) and this one is ASP.NET
I configured the router with another forwarder
port: 8080 to 8080
TCP : enabled
IP Address: IP Address of current system(to which touter is connected)
I changed the port number to 8080 in the MMC->Default Website
So i can able to access this site my typing the URL...
http://192.168.0.1:8080/myappln/data/index.aspx
this is working fine. But my server becomes slow(when accessing internet).
Why is it slow? Where did i do the mistake.
pls reply, Thanx in advance
