Hi, I'm afraid you need a new keyboard because your CAPS LOCK is broken. If
your router is currently setup correctly for Windows XP then there will be
no need to change it.

As others have alluded to... all caps is considered SHOUTING. Don't DO IT!
And... as Troy points out... the router is a network device... you don't
have any drivers installed on your local pc related to the router... it's
just a device out in the cloud. I've got numerous Vista boxes going through
my router without issue.
