Hi
Its not a W2K related problem but... :)
I have a router without documents and I do not know what is its password.

Wiselink 4 PORT ADSL Modem Router
I entered to the login via 10.0.0.2
Tried varius user names + passwords
(root/!root, admin/1234 admin/password)

Please advise
Guy

The usual method is to get on the manufacturer's home site
and download the manual.

I used Google to type in the keywords "wiselink" and "router".
The fourth hit suggested that the router is made by Edimax.
As a stab in the dark, I tried www.edimax.com . . .

Hi

I do not have the part number or the model.
I tried to look for wiselink on the net - but without good results.

PS. I clicked the reset button on the router before trying to login...

You can try admin with no password and also admin and password=password

those are some a few of the ones that i used in the past when idid not know
the password cause people forgot them, i reset and tried the above solutions
and it has always worked for me
