Rounding

I am a retailer trying to round prices to the nearest '9'. For example 47.35
would be 49.00, 44.25 would be 39.00 etc.
I have not found a way to do this through the standard rounding functions.
Can anyone help?

One way:

=ROUND(A1/10,0)*10-1

note that amounts <5.00 will round to -1.
