Rounding a price in Excel

I have an item I purchased for $49.95, markup is 90% = $94.91. How do I get it to round off to $95.00
I did =Sum(A1*90%)+A1 that gave me 94.91.What I want it to do is
Anytime a total is between 7.50 and 2.50 it will equal 0.00, betwen 2.50 and 7.50 it will equal 5.0
EXAMPLE
$88.56 will be $90.00, $91.27 will be $90.00
$93.21 will be $95.00, $95.43 will be $95.00
$98.56 will be $100.00, $101.27 will be $100.0
and so on
