Rounded Borders

I'm using FP2003 would like to have rounded corners in a table. This works but the outside is white, would like to change the color of the outside. How do you do this or can you change it ?
 
You would need to change the background color of the page or the background
color of the table under table properties.

First you need a table formatted for the (usually) 8 parts of the color
table you're building: 4 corners, 2 sides, and top and bottom, In the
corners you need specific image files with the color scheme you desire. See
