rotation of monitor screen

My monitor screen is horizontal rather than vertical and
I can't find the commands in the control panel on Windows
XP to rotate the screen back to vertical. Can someone
tell me what the commands are? Thanks!!

Look under graphics settings in control panel \ display. Rotation may
be buried fairly deep. We've been seeing this question fairly often,
so there may be a joke utility making the rounds.
