Rotating pictures

I have a user who cannot rotate pictures within
Powerepoint. She has sent me the file and I can rotate
them fine, but the option simply isn't there for her.
Even within Format Picture, the rotate feild is greyed
out. What could be causing this?

Probably you're using different versions of PPT. PPT 2002 introduced
picture rotation. Previous versions couldn't rotate all the things PPT
2002 can.
