rotating figure with its caption

When i try to rotate a figure in word, its caption doesn't rotate too. How
can i rotate it too?

Text can rotate only when it's in a textbox, a frame, or a table cell. You
have to use the special tool in order to do it, that is only available if
the cursor is in the object: Format/Text direction
