Rotating Excel Tables in Word 2000

How do I rotate an Excel table 90 degrees in Word 2000? I have tried this
multiple ways with converting it to a picture, drawing object, etc. and none
of the outputs look very good. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

If pasting as a picture doesn't give satisfactory results, then you'll need
to create a landscape section. See
