Rotate monitor 90 degrees

How can I have Windows rotate the display 90 degrees, I did rotate my monitor
allready 90 degrees, and I am looking in Control panal --Display for a
feature thats allow me to rotate the display too, but I can not find it,
please some body help. Thank you.
 
That is a function of your video card software.
Check your cards documentation.
