root certificates update

I downloaded this optional update yesterday and IR7 seems to be running much
slower , anyone else notice this ?

Could I remove this update ?

What is IR7 ; root certificates update should not slow down anything but
what is the number of the update anyway ? If it is optional why did you
decide to install it?

I installed this update on my own system and have not noticed any difference
in the speed of my machine. I suggest you leave this update installed.
