Using the help on outlook, I've created some rooms as
users on our network in order to schedule meetings in
them. However, since the room doesn't have email, you
can't put the meeting in the room by including in your
invitation list. You need to open the room calendar &
schedule it there -- this means double work, schedule for
the people then schedule for the room. Can you get around
this? How?
