How can I change this file type to use in Windows XP? I don't have that kind of programm, what would be good? And where can I get it?
 
..ROM files are often images ripped from console cartridges for use in
emulators... But unless you know exactly what the filetype is and what
program it's for, you won't be able to do anything with it...
