Ok well when i louded up the game it keeps coming up with a error
saying "Your Graphics hardware or drivers do not meet the minimum
requirements to run this application." Does this mean my video card
is bad or something?
 
Check the outside of the box which contained the game. It'll probably show
you the minimum graphics card requirements so you can successfully run the
game. Apparently your card, if your computer has one (I suspect it has an
on-board graphics system) which is not supported in the game. If you want
to check which card you're running, go to My Computer, right-click the link
and select Properties. Then go to the Device Manager section and expand the
little + sign next to Display Adapters, and you'll see what you've got.

It means that your video card (or on-board video) is obsolete (literally,
based on required specs.) You would need to upgrade to something newer
(more modern) in order to use the software.
