Roll-up Data

I have a spreadsheet that looks like this:

A1 C1 D1 E1 F1 G1
Initiative Code1 Code2 Code3 Code4 Code5

For each initiative, I receive information from multiple
sources. Is there a way to roll-up the data into a single
line for each initiative?
 
Try giving us more info than "I receive..."
What is the form? do you enter data into this worksheet......

Data is received from multiple worksheets and manually
entered into this worksheet, primarily through cut & paste.

For each initiative, I may receive up to 20 responses.
Currently, I add all of these to the master worksheet,
sort by initiative, then manualy add the code counts into
a single initiative line and delete the extra rows that
are now unneeded.
