Rogue KMS box

As with every other company, you always have that one area that likes to go
off on there own and this time they've added a KMS server to the domain thats
doing everything it can to make my day crappy. I know that there are methods
to stop this system from reporting to DNS, but (besides rebuilding it) is
there a tried and true method to deactivate this capability?

Hello Don,
Change the product key to a KMS client key.
